Housing Projects Solutions, formed through the amalgamation of Housing Maintenance and Embellishment Ltd (HME) and Social Projects Management Ltd (SPML), is now responsible for a comprehensive range of services, including embellishment, restoration, and construction project management. Previously, HME focused on the regeneration and maintenance of existing social housing estates across Malta and Gozo, working closely with the Housing Authority, while SPML specialized in managing the construction of new social housing estates and other government projects. Together, as Housing Projects Solutions, the company oversees both the regeneration of existing estates and the development of new social housing projects, ensuring a holistic approach to housing solutions in Malta and Gozo.
