The Ministry for Accommodation and Lands is committed to ensuring adequate, affordable and quality housing for all, while managing and administering Government land and property in a responsible, transparent and sustainable manner.

The Ministry works to strengthen the housing sector through policies and initiatives that support prospective homeowners, families and individuals who require assistance in accessing suitable accommodation. This includes social and affordable housing, rental assistance, as well as various schemes and measures aimed at helping more people become homeowners.

At the same time, the Ministry is responsible for the management and administration of Government land and property, ensuring that these public resources are used as efficiently as possible and in the best interests of the community.

Through the work of the Ministry and its entities, Government continues to invest in stronger communities, quality housing and the responsible use of public property.
